1. Specialized Services for Clinics

Atif Digital Hub provides digital marketing, SEO, and AI automation specifically for cosmetic and aesthetic clinics. Our services include creating personalized “Loom Strategy Videos,” managing paid patient acquisition campaigns, and deploying AI Lead Nurturing systems.

2. Medical & Legal Disclaimer

  • Not Medical Advice: Atif Digital Hub is a marketing consultancy. We do not provide medical advice. Any AI-generated content (chatbots, ad copy, or scripts) must be reviewed and approved by your clinic’s qualified medical staff before use.

  • Regulatory Compliance: While we help you attract patients, the Clinic is solely responsible for ensuring that its marketing and patient data handling comply with local medical regulations (e.g., HIPAA in the USA, GDPR in Europe, or local health department rules).

3. Patient Lead Ownership

  • Lead Exclusivity: All patient leads generated through your paid campaigns are 100% exclusive to your clinic. We do not resell these leads.

  • Data Security: We use AI automation to streamline patient intake, but the Clinic remains the “Data Controller” for all patient information.

4. Strategy Videos (Loom)

When you request a Free Strategy Video, you grant us permission to review your current website and public digital presence to provide a personalized audit. These videos are for your internal use only and may not be redistributed without our consent.

5. Performance Expectations

  • No Guarantee of Clinical Outcomes: We guarantee the delivery of marketing systems and automated workflows. However, we do not guarantee a specific number of surgical procedures or treatment bookings, as these depend on the clinic’s internal consultation and medical evaluation process.

  • Ad Spend Management: Ad budgets are paid directly to platforms (Google/Meta). Our fees cover the expert management and AI automation setup only.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA) Snippet

Since you handle patient leads, clinic owners will often ask how you protect their data. You can include this section on your website or send it as a PDF.

1. Scope: This DPA applies where Atif Digital Hub processes personal data (Patient Leads) on behalf of the Clinic. 2. Instructions: We will only process patient data (names, phone numbers, treatment interests) to perform the marketing and AI services requested by the Clinic. 3. Confidentiality: All staff at Atif Digital Hub are bound by strict confidentiality agreements regarding patient information. 4. Sub-processors: We use trusted platforms (like Meta, Google, and GoHighLevel) to process leads. We ensure these platforms meet high security standards. 5. Data Deletion: Upon termination of services, we will delete or return all patient lead data in our possession within 30 days, unless required otherwise by law. 6. Security: We implement technical measures, including two-factor authentication and encrypted access, to prevent unauthorized access to lead data.
